ABOUT / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A Software Product and Analytics Professional with senior business management skills, product design and technical experience. Jayson as a Solutions Architect focuses on End-to-end oversight of the Ringmaster product design, development, road mapping and software delivery leveraging SCRUM methodologies. He establishes and evolves new processes and solutions to support product development, product management, customer support and QA.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to Ringmaster, Jayson spent 12 years in the Electronic Payments Industry wearing a multitude of hats. An Industry expert and Product Lead in designing back-office and point-of-sale software solutions for several Prepaid E-Processor leaders. Helped Co-found and operate a Broker / E-Payment Distribution company. Eventually pivoting into Data Analytics / Financial Performance Consulting where he established an entirely new financial and technical skill set. Amongst many accomplishments, he helped reverse-engineer QuickBooks Enterprise to establish a productized data structure for real-time Quality of Earnings, WIP Reporting and C-Level Performance Analysis. He grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and is an Avid sports fan who plays adult-league ice hockey
