Craft spends his time on all commercial growth aspects at Ringmaster including sales, marketing, client relations, and carrier partnerships. He works cross-functionally to align our products into a holistic solution to meet the needs of the marketplace. Craft works with the executive team on our go-to-market strategy for all markets, a cohesive marketing and client strategy, and capitalizing on our partnerships in the marketplaces. He uses his experience in building highly successful teams, achieving operational excellence for our clients, expanding brand, and maximizing client satisfaction to achieve our aggressive growth goals.
Craft spent 13 years working in the benefits ecosystem. He started his career as a benefits consultant, working directly with C-Suite / employers to understand their challenges and bring solutions. He went on to lead team(s) across multiple territories of sales consultants, account managers, and client success teams. After working in the brokerage sector, he took a SaaS-based benefit administration platform to market starting from $0 in revenue taking it to a multi-million-dollar multi-product offering. Most recently, Craft was working with AI & machine learning on medical claims data to help consumers make better decisions, developing the GTM strategy and creating three different revenue business units.
