As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Stop Loss Claims Administrator Sales professional to join our team.

Job Summary: The Stop Loss Claims Administrator Sales professional will play a pivotal role in our organization, driving the growth of our SaaS stop loss insurance business. This role involves promoting our stop loss claims administration services to third-party administrators, brokers, and claims adjudication systems, while also providing valuable guidance on the claims process. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a deep understanding of stop loss insurance and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:Identify and target prospective clients, including , third-party administrators, brokers, and claims adjudication systems, to promote our stop loss claims administration services.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Consultative Selling:Educate clients and partners on the benefits of our stop loss claims administration services.

Provide expert advice and guidance on claims processing and stop loss insurance, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.

  • Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
Provide feedback to the company on market dynamics and client needs.

  • Collaboration:Collaborate with the Claims Administration team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to claims processing.

Communicate client requirements and expectations to the Claims Administration team to ensure excellent service delivery.

  • Sales Reporting:Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline progress.

Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as business, finance, or healthcare administration).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of stop loss insurance and claims administration.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
