Pharmacy Administration Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Administration Analyst to join our dynamic team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing essential business processes related to pharmacy administration for our clients.  This role involves ensuring the integrity of data within SFTP data feeds, as well as providing valuable support in financial analysis evaluations using a SAAS-based software program specific to the pharmacy administration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Execution
  • Execute and oversee key business processes related to pharmacy administration for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all executed processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and streamline business workflows.

 

  • Data Integrity Management
  • Manage SFTP data feeds, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of data integrity.

 

  • Financial Analysis
  • Assist in financial analysis evaluations for clients using SAAS-based software.
  • Generate reports and insights to aid in decision-making processes for clients.
  • Work closely with financial teams to analyze data trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.

 

  • Client Collaboration
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding pharmacy administration processes.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.

 

  • Software Utilization
  • Utilize SAAS-based software effectively to perform tasks related to financial analysis and data management.
  • Stay updated on software enhancements and features, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Pharmacy Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmacy administration, business process execution and/or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SFTP data feeds and data management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high data integrity standards.
