Job Description:

As the Insurtech Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s identity, driving customer acquisition, and fostering engagement with our audience. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, leveraging your understanding of the healthcare industry, self-insured health model, and digital marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Brand Development: Foster and maintain the company’s brand image and positioning in the insurtech sector. Ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all marketing channels.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to attract and acquire new customers through targeted online and offline marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and partnerships.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and whitepapers, to educate and engage the target audience.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory compliance within the insurance industry.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, making efficient use of resources to maximize the return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the Healthcare, employee benefits, or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare, SaaS/Insurtech trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector.
