Job Summary:
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Foster long-term partnerships by delivering a high-touch service experience and proactive support.
Onboarding & Training
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including configuration, implementation, user training, and go-live coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client-specific workflows and business goals.
Support & Escalation
- Respond to and resolve client issues in collaboration with product, engineering, and support teams.
- Monitor open items and ensure timely, effective communication with clients regarding system updates or issues.
Strategic Account Management
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review performance, drive engagement, and identify opportunities for value expansion.
- Provide platform usage insights and recommend workflow improvements based on client needs and feedback.
Product & Process Improvement
- Act as a client advocate by sharing product feedback and enhancement requests with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal process documentation and improvements that support scalable, repeatable service delivery.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as a trusted advisor by maintaining deep knowledge of stop-loss insurance, TPA operations, and the Smart-LinQ platform.
- Understand and explain the interaction between data, integrations, and system logic across client environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in stop-loss insurance, self-funded health plans, or TPA/broker operations (required).
- 5+ years in client-facing roles within SaaS, insurtech, healthcare tech, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with product and data teams.
- Understanding of data integration workflows and interoperability between TPAs, brokers, and carriers.
- Familiarity with claims systems, EDI formats, or healthcare data mapping processes.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Comfortable using support and collaboration tools like Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Understanding of HIPAA and secure data exchange protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across both user and system layers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to both technical and business audiences.
