With over a decade of experience in pharmacy benefits, pricing strategy, and operational leadership, Sascha brings a strong record of building scalable, disciplined organizations to Ringmaster Technologies as Chief Operating Officer. Sascha spent more than 11 years at RxBenefits, where she progressed through roles spanning senior business analyst, sales operations, and executive leadership, most recently serving as Vice President of Strategic Deals and Pricing.

Throughout her career, Sascha led Pricing and Underwriting, Deal Governance, and RFP teams, helping design and operationalize frameworks that improved consistency, transparency, and execution across complex contracting and pricing environments. She played a key role in major initiatives, including the development of a new PBM build and the modernization of pricing and analytics platforms to create a true end-to-end experience.

Sascha’s operational philosophy centers on creating clarity through process, enabling teams with the right data and tools, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared outcomes. As COO, she focuses on driving operational excellence, supporting scalable growth, and ensuring Ringmaster’s technology and teams are positioned to deliver measurable value across stop-loss and pharmacy solutions.
