With more than 12 years of leadership experience in pharmacy benefits, sales strategy, and market development, Kyle serves as EVP of Rx Growth & Strategy at Ringmaster Technologies. Kyle spent over a decade at National CooperativeRx, where he progressed from Regional Sales Manager to National Director of Sales & Marketing, playing a key role in shaping national growth strategy for one of the industry’s leading member-owned pharmacy cooperatives.

During his tenure, Kyle led initiatives to expand broker and TPA relationships, strengthen go-to-market execution, and support sustained growth across the pharmacy benefits ecosystem. He brings deep knowledge of the PBM landscape and extensive experience working with self-funded employers and their advisor partners.

In his role at Ringmaster, Kyle is responsible for advancing Rx growth strategy, expanding market presence, and supporting the continued development of technology-driven pharmacy solutions aligned with the needs of the self-funded market.
