Boca Raton, FL – October 28, 2025 – Ringmaster Technologies, Inc. announced today that Jason Wenzke has been promoted from President of Ringmaster Rx to Chief Executive Officer of Ringmaster Technologies, Inc. In this new role, Jason will lead the company’s collective strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. His leadership, dedication, and proven ability to drive results make him the ideal person to guide Ringmaster into its next chapter.

In this capacity, Todd will continue to support the leadership team with a focus on long-term strategy, key partnerships, and innovation initiatives.

In this expanded role, Wesley will lead Ringmaster’s sales strategy and execution in the stop-loss and outsourcing markets, strengthening relationships with brokers, TPAs, and consultants while driving adoption of the company’s platform.
