Position Purpose

If so, Ringmaster is looking for a Sales Enablement/Support Associate, who will report to our Chief Growth Officer and will support our sales and executive team, while contributing to client success. In this support role, you will be responsible for tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing demo support and customer service, while managing customer accounts. You will also monitor sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data. Primary Responsibilities

  • Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to the sales team associates.
  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
  • Providing demo support while developing a comfort level and understanding of our products in order to independently conduct demos with clients.
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
  • Expediting rush orders and updating sales orders and shipping information accordingly.
  • Supporting executives and leadership team with reports and powerpoint presentations.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Preferably 1+ year(s) of experience
  • Hands on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
